Inclusion and Accessibility Through Football

We at SARD had the privilege of hosting a football tournament for persons with disabilities in the community of Al-Salama. The tournament was an opportunity for individuals with disabilities to showcase their skills and abilities on the football field and to demonstrate that their disabilities do not define them or limit their potential. The tournament also served to raise awareness about the importance of inclusion and accessibility in sports and physical activity.

The day was filled with excitement, energy, and passion, as the players gave their all on the field. The stands were filled with over a hundred cheering onlookers, who were inspired by the determination and resilience of the players.

At SARD, we believe that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to participate in physical activity and sport. This event was an opportunity for us to show our commitment to this belief and to raise awareness about the importance of inclusive sports initiatives in our community.
