Announcement: Expanding Response to Türkiye

Dear SARD family and partners,

 We would like to share with you that SARD has begun providing assistance in Türkiye in response to the devastating earthquake that struck the area. As many of you know, for more than 10 years, SARD has been focused on providing assistance to families affected by the conflict in Syria. However, we felt it was our duty to expand our efforts and assist those in need in Türkiye.

The earthquake has caused immense destruction and left many families without basic necessities such as shelter, food, water, and basic supplies. Three months after the earthquake, they are still struggling. We understand the urgency of this situation and have mobilized our resources and our networks to provide relief to those affected.

As an organization headquartered in Türkiye and committed to providing equitable and effective humanitarian aid, we believe that it is our responsibility to respond to crises wherever they occur, regardless of political or geographical boundaries. Our team is on the ground, working tirelessly to provide support to those in need.

We would like to express our gratitude to our partners and supporters who have enabled us to extend our reach to those affected by the earthquake regardless of boundaries. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those impacted by this tragedy. Thank you.
